This premium quality White Chocolate Mud mix gives you an exceptional moist texture and is perfect to colour when making rainbow or gender reveal cakes using our range of Colour Mill colours.
White Mud Cake Mix is perfect for icing with Buttercream or Ready to Roll Fondant icing. Layer your cake creation with Buttercream and serve with fresh fruit and berries for a sophisticated taste.
The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 9” x 3” round or one 8” x 3” square.
Recipe: Mix 1kg, Eggs 300g, Water 400ml, White Chocolate 300g, Vegetable Oil 200ml.
